Customer Experience Consultant

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience Expert who loves solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and (bonus points!) knows their way around a bike. Based in our Stellenbosch office, you’ll play a key role in supporting our US customers-from handling insurance claims and guiding them through queries to driving sales and retention.

Working Hours
This is a full-time office-based role, with hours from 5 pm – 2 am (aligned with US time zones and adjusted for daylight savings).

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full claims process from lodgement to settlement, ensuring accuracy and fairness.

• Engage with customers to convert quotes into active policies and strengthen retention.

• Deliver empathetic, professional support across calls, emails, and live chat.

• Collaborate with your team to hit sales, claims, and service targets.

• Keep detailed electronic records and complete all tasks within service standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-3 years of customer service or claims handling experience with proven performance.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative spirit with a hunger to learn and grow.

• Own transport and preferably based in Stellenbosch or nearby.

• Technical knowledge of bikes (a plus, but not a dealbreaker-we’ll train you!).
