Floor Manager

We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Floor Manager to lead our in-store team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maximise sales performance. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards, manage stock effectively, and inspire your team to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store targets.

• Deliver service excellence and resolve customer queries.

• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention.

• Lead, train, and motivate team members.

• Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
