Human Capital Divisional Executive 🤝

You will be responsible to collaborate strategically with business leaders to synchronise Human Capital strategies with organisational priorities. Develop and execute innovative and comprehensive Human Capital solutions that empower Group Finance & Risk Management to attain its strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business / Social or Behavioural Science OR related field
  • 10 years Human Capital Generalist experience in a insurance or financial services environment
  • 5 years as senior management

Responsibilities:

  • Implement risk management, governance and compliance policies in own practice area, to identify and manage governance and risk exposure liability.
  • Develop Employment Equity and Skills Development strategies for the business in line with organisation’s transformation objectives.
  • Promote a business culture that is consistent with the vision, purpose and values of the organisation.
  • Design and development of Human Capital practices, policies and projects across the employee life cycle that are aligned with business priorities and enable leaders to drive performance and deliver results across Group Finance & Risk Management.
  • Provide advice and guidance on complex Human Capital issues.
  • Drive the implementation of innovative Human Capital solutions aimed at managing organisational change, engaging employees, increasing organisational effectiveness and the strategic management of talent and succession planning across Group Finance & Risk Management.
