As a dynamic and seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager you will shape and execute world class recruitment processes, cultivate employer brand, and compete for the best talent worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include elevating the candidate experience, spearheading recruitment campaigns, and proactively identifying exceptional candidates across various functions, ranging from Software Engineering and Product to Operations, Sales, and Marketing, covering roles from entry level to VP positions. You will collaborate with teams throughout the organisation to enhance time-to-fill, cost per hire, and the overall quality of hires.
You will have future opportunities to work on broader People & Culture topics and contribute to shaping the future of the company.
You will need to have experience in start up or scale up environment with a dash of SaaS.
Identify, source, and engage with top candidates both in South Africa and internationally, utilising various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and networking events.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s goals, recruiting roles spanning from Software Engineering, Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, and for entry-level to VP-level positions.
Enhance company reputation as an employer of choice by creating and promoting a compelling employer brand, emphasising a seamless candidate experience.
Evaluate and refine the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Strong understanding of the South African employment market and stay up to date with trends and competitors to tailor recruitment strategies.
Collaborate and manage external recruitment partners to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field
Experience and Skills:
4-5 years relevant experience, coming from scaling or smaller companies
Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting across a wide range of roles and levels
Strong understanding of the South African employment market, with experience in SaaS startup / scale ups
Analytically and Data Driven approach to problem-solving and decision making
Build a high performing workforce and maintain high ethical standards in recruitment
