CRM Automation Manager

A leading international design company is looking for a seasoned CRM Automation Manager. The role will sit in Cape Town (hybrid working model). The individual will be responsible for defining and leading the organizations automation strategy on Braze. We are also needing someone who has people management experience.
Requirements:
– Proven CRM/marketing automation experience with team leadership.
– Expertise in Braze or similar CRM tools.
– Strong analytics experience
– Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
