Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: R 30 000,00 to R 40 000,00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: Pretoria (Onsite)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Manage SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Grow and engage the company’s social media presence.
• Identify industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand exposure.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to optimize marketing processes, personalization, and customer targeting.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Lay the foundation for a growing marketing department, with potential for future leadership.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, automation platforms).
