Overview

A global, award-winning agency is seeking a Head of Affiliates to lead and grow its affiliate marketing function across a diverse and exciting portfolio of international brands. This is a senior leadership role, and you’ll be responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple affiliate programs, ensuring that strategic goals are met while building and mentoring a high-performing global team. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the affiliate marketing function, setting the vision and strategy in line with acquisition and commercial goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of affiliate marketers, promoting best practices and high performance.
  • Oversee and optimise acquisition activities, focusing on ROI and driving quality traffic to client brands.
  • Develop and support strategic initiatives for key affiliate accounts across international markets.
  • Create clear, data-led reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, foster innovation, and ensure alignment.
  • Ensure integrity of affiliate programs – data accuracy, financial transparency, and brand reputation.
  • Represent the affiliate marketing function in senior management discussions.
  • Champion professional growth, conducting regular reviews and development planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on affiliate management – ideally within online gaming.
  • Proven leadership of remote and in-office teams, with a hands-on, example-led approach.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate metrics, tracking technologies, and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong command of digital marketing disciplines including SEM, PPC, ASO, and analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong technical understanding of tracking methods (HTML tags, cookies, postbacks, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, AppsFlyer, and affiliate platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and locally to conferences or internal meetings 3-4 weeks per year.
