Junior Marketing Manager – Beauty

We’re looking for a creative and detail-focused Junior Marketing Manager to join our Beauty Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital, social, in-store and more-working closely with 360 partners, agencies, and internal teams. You’ll support the full marketing journey from brief to execution, ensuring every touch-point is aligned with our brand and resonates with our customer.

You’ll be involved in strategy development, product and seasonal launches, and campaign roll outs, while managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. A passion for retail, beauty, and customer-centric marketing is a must. If you’re action-oriented, data-savvy, and love turning insight into impact, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
2+ years of marketing experience in retail, brands, or agency. A relevant degree/diploma in marketing or commerce. Strong digital, social, and campaign execution skills. A collaborative mindset and commercial acumen.
