Salary: R 40 000,00 – R 50 000,00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Align marketing strategies with business objectives to enhance brand positioning.
• Drive engagement through data-led digital and social media marketing.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and media agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Oversee campaign processes, ensuring efficiency from briefing to execution.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign implementation.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across marketing, operations, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management (financial services experience is a plus).
• Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for performance-driven marketing.
