Performance Marketer

A leading international B2B company based in Cape Town is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- Cape Town – Hybrid 3x per week
- Own strategy and execution. This is very much a hands-on, build-from-scratch role.
- The role focuses on generating high-quality business leads through channels like LinkedIn, Google, G2, and Capterra.
- Key responsibilities: Running end-to-end paid campaigns, using performance data to optimize copy, targeting, landing pages, and channel mix and, collaborating with Sales, Creative, and RevOps teams
- 4-5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, has built campaigns themselves and someone who is very analytical and commercial in nature
- B2B paid media experience is essential.
