Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire client interaction process from inquiry to post-travel
• Share first-hand knowledge of African destinations with potential clients
• Create exceptional quotations and itineraries aligning with client expectations and budget
• Manage the complete booking process with meticulous attention to detail
• Handle invoicing and client payments
• Ensure accuracy and high standards for all travel documents
• Provide top-level customer support at every stage – before, during, and after travel
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service and a wow factor to all clients
• Efficiently manage internal systems and procedures

Requirements:

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism
• Knowledge of various software systems – Tourplan, CRM, Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of African destinations, logistics, and properties

Experience:

• 5+ years in the tourism industry, specifically selling African safaris
• 5+ years of sales experience dealing with direct consumers
