Are you passionate about golf and event management? We’re looking for a dynamic Golf Project Manager to lead the charge in creating unforgettable golf events that drive success. You’ll be at the heart of managing multiple high-impact projects, building strong client relationships, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is all about blending creativity, strategy, and flawless execution to deliver world-class experiences.

What You’ll Do:

🏌🏽‍♂️Client Account Management:

• Be the go-to person for your clients, building strong relationships and crafting compelling proposals that align with their vision.
• Manage all aspects of client accounts, from marketing content to player management, ensuring everything is on point.
• Handle contracts with confidence, making sure all deliverables are clear and met.
• Keep communication flowing with regular client meetings, and stay on top of all project updates, budgets, and reports.
• Work alongside the HOD to seize new business opportunities and bring fresh ideas to the table for tenders and proposals.

🏌🏽‍♂️People & Project Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Golf Project Coordinators and Administrators, guiding them to success.
• Take charge of golf events, from the initial idea through to the final debrief, making sure every detail is perfect.
• Spot potential risks before they become issues, using your project management skills to keep everything on track.
• Turn creative briefs into actionable plans, ensuring both operational and commercial success.

🏌🏽‍♂️Financial Management:

• Own the financial side of your projects, from budgeting to ensuring all payments and purchase orders are handled efficiently.
• Hit your financial targets by delivering profitable projects while providing clients with the best value.
• Apply cost-saving techniques that maximize profits without compromising on quality.

🏌🏽‍♂️Sponsorship Management:

• Ensure all sponsorship agreements are fulfilled to the highest standard, from media management to event logistics.
• Maintain strong, lasting relationships with rights owners, suppliers, and clients, ensuring seamless integration of products and services.

🏌🏽‍♂️Your Qualifications:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Event/Project Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing events and projects, especially with large supplier accounts.
