Account Director

A global leader in outsourced marketing services, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Director to lead client relationships and oversee the delivery of high-impact marketing programs. This role requires a confident communicator with a strong background in promotional marketing, POS campaigns, and supplier management. You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client contracts, ensuring commercial success, and driving operational excellence across your team.

You’ll also be responsible for leading a large, high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery from onboarding through to contract completion.
  • Oversee all transactions and workflows, ensuring quality control and timely execution across the team.
  • Own the financial performance of the account, including forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with operations to develop new product concepts based on client briefs.
  • Manage and mentor a large, high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and professional development.
  • Manage KPIs and SLAs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to share opportunities and drive revenue across markets.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure cohesive communication and alignment with global marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in the promotional goods or marketing services industry
  • Strong leadership experience managing large, high-performing teams
  • Proactive approach to project management and problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of budget constraints
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to deliver excellence
