The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing the company’s delivery operations within a specific geographic region. The role ensures that regional performance aligns with the business’s overall objectives and involves strategic engagement with clients to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee regional performance, conduct detailed analysis, and ensure alignment with business and customer goals.
Manage staffing models, clearly define contractor roles, and foster a high-performance culture.
Implement and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and systems at the regional level.
Maintain the region’s brand reputation and manage assets across delivery verticals.
Develop and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve business objectives.
Analyse regional performance, propose improvements, and implement strategies to boost efficiency.
Build and maintain a motivated team aligned with company values.
Provide leadership and advisory support to the executive committee on risk management and business improvements.
Seek and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
Prepare and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost control and variance management.
Oversee resource planning, allocation, and management in line with company policies.
