Overview:

We’re seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue across a range of integrated service offerings, including security, cleaning, hygiene, landscaping, and more. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for B2B sales and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and close new business opportunities within the region
• Promote a wide range of outsourced services to public and private sector clients
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports

Requirements:

• 3-5 year’s B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related industries
• Proven sales track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• CRM software experience beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
