Our Client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by handling all administrative tasks post-sale. This includes document management, quote preparation, order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Maintain and organize all sales-related documents, including contracts, quotations, invoices, and customer communication.
Ensure that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible for reference by the sales team and management.
Quote Preparation & Management:
Prepare and issue accurate and timely quotations as per the client’s requirements and sales team instructions.
Ensure that quotes are aligned with the company’s pricing structure and policies.
Order Processing:
Support the sales team with processing and tracking orders, ensuring that they are fulfilled on time and in line with customer expectations.
Liaise with the logistics and finance teams to ensure the smooth delivery and invoicing process for customers.
Post-Sale Client Communication:
Assist customers with post-sale inquiries, providing assistance with order status, delivery times, and documentation.
Act as a liaison between the customer and sales team to resolve any issues that arise after the sale has been completed.
Sales Reporting & Data Entry:
Maintain accurate sales records, ensuring that all relevant data is captured in the company’s CRM system.
