Sales Consultant

As a sales consultant, your duties and responsibilities would include:

• Pipeline Management: Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM to ensure accurate forecasts and achieve sales targets.
• Acquisition Planning: Develop acquisition plans for target accounts to drive profitable growth.
• Market Insights: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights.
• Proposal Development: Prepare tailored proposals based on customer needs and our solutions.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions within Service Level Agreement and legislative frameworks, ensuring agreements are finalised before service implementation.
• Documentation: Complete and manage all required documentation in CRM to monitor activities and manage risks.
• Handover Process: Ensure smooth handover of new business to the operations team for seamless service delivery.
• Cross-Selling: Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer value.
• Sales Target Achievement: Ensure achievement of budgeted sales goals.
• Professional Bid Documents: Design and present highly professional bid documents.
• Innovative Solutions: Develop and present innovative, relevant, and competitive solutions.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain senior relationships internally and with target clients.
