Sales Development Representative

About the company:

My client has introduced an advanced global payroll solution designed for companies aiming to expand worldwide and simplify their payroll procedures. In their start-up setting, they seek driven, ambitious individuals eager to excel in their Sales Team. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Development Manager to execute effective sales strategies, aiming to reach their targets at the core of their groundbreaking business.

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic lead generation strategies to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all prospect interactions using Pipedrive and Outplay.
  • Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria to determine viable opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and our offerings to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation, activity, and meeting setting targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or under 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.
