We’re seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Pump Specialist to join our team as Technical Customer Support.

As part of this role, you’ll spearhead the development and optimisation of our technical support services for our customers and service partners.

Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

  • Handling all client inquiries, whether it’s about product support, selections, or recommendations.
  • Taking charge of warranty claims from clients and ensuring detailed records are maintained for management.
  • Providing direct technical and commercial support to our external service partners.
  • Mastering the ins and outs of our CRM system for seamless operations.
  • Taking the lead on first start-up commissioning and on-site interventions.
  • Lending your expertise on tenders and RFQ’s by offering invaluable insights into product selections.

Requirements:

  • You hold a Grade 12/N3 Certificate.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in the pump industry, you’re well-versed in its nuances.
  • Knowledge of Esyline is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is non-negotiable.
  • Your communication skills are impeccable, both in English and Afrikaans.
  • You have a proven track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with customers and service partners.
  • Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable providing stellar customer support over the phone.
  • Above all, you embody strong business ethics.
