💼 What You’ll Be Rocking:

• Owning and enhancing intermediary tools that make financial advising smoother, smarter, and safer
• Making sure our systems are intuitive and risk-free for both advisers and their clients
• Leading workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions like a pro
• Translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories, process maps, and more
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to create experiences that actually make sense

🧠 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of BA experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Hands-on experience with web apps, SaaS platforms, or enterprise tools
• Fluent in BPMN, UML, and all things process modelling
• Agile/Scrum wizardry (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Bonus points for CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO certifications
