The role
You’ll take the lead in managing and publishing content across websites, digital brochures, and other online platforms using AI-powered tools. Working closely with product and marketing leads, you’ll champion conversion rate optimisation, analysing user data, designing tests, and implementing winning strategies to enhance the user journey.
Your work will blend creative content curation with technical precision, ensuring everything you publish is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and SEO standards. You’ll also be a driver in embedding AI into daily workflows, helping the team innovate and evolve.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimise content-rich digital experiences using AI platforms
Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives through data analysis, testing, and strategy implementation
Collaborate with UX, SEO, and copywriting teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused content
Ensure technical performance standards are met, including site speed and functionality
Explore and integrate emerging AI tools to streamline content workflows
What we’re looking for:
Experience with AI-driven content management systems (e.g., Builder.io) and modern web platforms
Strong editing skills to refine AI-generated content for tone, accuracy, and brand fit
Understanding of CRO frameworks, A/B testing, and user analytics
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, AHREFS, or Screaming Frog
Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
