A leading technology-driven organisation in the Western Cape is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Software Development to lead multiple Agile teams in delivering secure, scalable, and innovative enterprise solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing development teams.
Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD, and built-in quality practices.
Align software delivery with business strategy and customer needs.
Oversee vendors, budgets, and ROI on technology investments.
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring:

IT degree or equivalent qualification.
Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master).
12+ years in IT, 6+ years in software development leadership.
Proven enterprise software delivery experience.
Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
