JOB DESCRIPTION: HR Project Manager
As our client moves to the next stage of its growth, they are looking for a transformative Project Manager to lead on a large global change project.

This is a full-time role working in a hybrid capacity from their Cape Town office. This role will report to the Lead Project Manager, with a dotted line to the Global Operations People Director.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for project managing the delivery of a single HR platform across a global business. The objective is to align disparate ways of working across multiple platforms to a single, strategic Workday platform. This role will be at the centre of the delivery execution across a global estate. This role will be hands on in defining processes, upskilling teams, data migration and delivering effective change management across a global business.
You will also be responsible for supporting on PMO activity across the global transformation programme.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, monitoring execution, and control of the Workday platform delivery
Deliver plans and monitor outcomes vs scope, objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
Working with existing PMO framework to manage RAID and mitigate blockers
Ensure alignment with overall organisational strategy.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, challenges, and develop contingency plans.
Co-ordinate project resources across various time zones, including internal team members, external vendors, and consultants.
Effective communicator, enabling collaboration across the project team, stakeholders, and departments to ensure project success.
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular status updates.
Effective stakeholder engagement with teams across the globe.
ABOUT YOU

You bring (experience & qualifications):
Project management qualification or certificate
Experience of project management principles, methodologies and tools
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks to time driven deliverables
Experience in risk management, communications, and reporting
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Delivering effective Change Management across a global business
