Intermediate User Experience Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces for both Access Energy and Energy Pro. You will be expected to utilize your experience and the full range of product, interaction, and visual design skills to deliver products or features that satisfy the needs of our customers. Attention to detail, clear communication across the organization, and execution at the highest level will be essential parts of your product design tool kit.

Role

Work closely with the product development team to problem-solve and execute critical UX/UI challenges and product goals.

What you will get to do

• Conduct User Research to ensure the user needs are understood and can develop a needs-based solution approach to the product design.
• Co-workshop business requirements with the team and develop a plan to execute sprint cycles.
• Map out Information Architecture, User Journeys, Wireframes, and UI Designs that communicate iterative ideation and solutions.
• Ideate, workshop, and shape feedback into refined and user-centered products
• Present UX/UI mockups and prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Capture technical details and understand a design system to execute on components and UI.
• Think through ideas, work in a visual way, and be hands-on.

Requirements – What you bring to the role

• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years+ of UX/UI product design experience for digital products or services.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Have a Design background and an interest in UX research.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe products.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user interface and system interaction.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
