Product Manager

This client is a household name in the restaurant game in South Africa. They are looking for a vibrant Product Manager who can leverage their experience to deliver great products across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements and product features to enhance the digital customer experience.
• Assign features to releases to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead using data-centric KPIs, OKRs, and business improvement efforts.
• Prioritize product features and ensure timely delivery through cross-functional teams.
• Actively contribute to business and IT teams to achieve product-market fit.
• Serve as a key integration point with IT development, business process, architecture, and business leadership.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and KPIs to improve digital experiences continuously.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on evolving requirements.
• Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development.
• Develop user stories and monitor product progress throughout each stage.
• Collaborate with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
• Continuously enhance product engagement through customer development and testing.
• Ensure exceptional customer service across omnichannel digital products.
• Improve customer service levels across businesses and services.
• Provide integrated reporting and feedback.
• Foster a customer-centric culture, processes, and way of working.
• Plan, evaluate, and manage the budget for Product monthly and yearly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate degree in IT, Engineering, Commerce, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Working knowledge of product development architecture.
• Familiarity with analytic tools.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to collaborate with matrix-orientated teams.
• Understanding of design quality standards.
