The role

As Product Manager (Digital), you’ll turn customer insight into shippable value. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data, QA, marketing, operations, and credit to set a clear vision, shape a focused roadmap, and deliver outcomes that customers can feel.

What you’ll do

* Dig into customer behaviour and feedback to frame the right problems to solve
* Craft a crisp product vision and get everyone aligned behind it
* Drive discovery, UX, delivery and go-to-market for your domain
* Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate with intent
* Prioritise the roadmap with evidence-based trade-offs and clear reasoning
* Communicate priorities and progress to partners and stakeholders
* Remove blockers, keep momentum, and go the extra mile to land the outcome

What you’ll bring

* 3+ years building and managing software products in cross-functional teams
* Proven delivery in agile environments
* Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
* Comfortable turning ambiguity into focused plans and measurable results
* Background in product management/business analysis/software/data (Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science advantageous)
