A new opportunity has opened for a seasoned Programme Manager with a strong background in SAP programme delivery to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently own large programmes end-to-end, align cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and deliver with excellence. You’ll play a central role in translating business strategy into scalable, actionable programme plans while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end programme leadership: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level SAP programmes across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Programme design and governance: Define programme scope, structure, timelines, and delivery frameworks in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third parties.
Team coordination: Manage and align cross-functional delivery teams – including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and vendor partners – to ensure collaboration, clarity, and delivery consistency.
Strategic oversight: Serve as the central point of accountability for all programme activities, ensuring execution is in line with agreed-upon outcomes and timelines.
Risk and issue management: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and programme dependencies to minimize disruption and maintain delivery momentum.
Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing structured reporting, updates, and insight into programme health, progress, and blockers.
Resource and budget management: Own and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning in alignment with strategic and operational goals.
Continuous improvement: Foster a culture of learning and improvement by evaluating project outcomes, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices for future delivery cycles.
Vendor & partner engagement: Oversee third-party contributions, manage contractual obligations, and drive accountability among vendors to ensure quality delivery and partnership value.
Compliance and QA: Ensure all programme activities comply with internal governance frameworks and external regulatory or industry standards where applicable.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
7+ years of experience delivering full lifecycle SAP projects/programmes at scale
5+ years of senior-level project or programme management experience, preferably in complex, multi-stream environments
Strong command of programme management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or hybrid methodologies)
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent platforms
Proven success managing budgets, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and programme outcomes in high-pressure environments
Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Ability to work across global teams, manage distributed stakeholders, and lead programmes in fast-moving, evolving environments
Demonstrated capability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at executive levels
