We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Feature Analyst to join our dynamic Salesforce team within the Client Experience Delivery unit. This is a high-impact role, acting as the vital link between business needs and scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to deliver user-focused Salesforce features that drive operational efficiency and enhanced client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the go-to Salesforce subject matter expert across capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Evaluate business benefits of proposed solutions, including efficiency and cost improvements.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and post-implementation support.
Work closely with the Product Manager and Delivery Lead to prioritise and plan sprints.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive panels.

Platform Expertise: Apply Salesforce best practices and remain up to date on platform innovations.
Requirements Gathering: Accurately translate business needs into solution designs and impact analyses.
Solution Design: Create clear, scalable designs and documentation for Salesforce features.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication and expectation management.
Agile Delivery: Actively lead and participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Quality Assurance: Support testing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives, training, and go-live activities.
Leadership: Mentor, influence, and drive accountability within cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or a related field.
7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
2+ years’ Salesforce BA or Solution Analyst experience.
2+ years’ experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
Ideal Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Technical Knowledge & Experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Proficiency in agile delivery, SDLC, business process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
Experience using business analysis tools and techniques independently.
Demonstrated ability to work across both business and technical teams.
Understanding of change management, project lifecycles, and data-driven decision-making.
