Project Administrator

We are looking to hire a Project Administrator with 5-7 year’s experience for a reputable client of ours. You will be required to provide dedicated, administrative and project support to the Project Manager and facilitate, report and analysis on all project related activities.

This will be a 12-month contract based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma
• Proven experience in a similar role on a strategic project (5 – 7 year’s experience on big transformational projects.)
• An understanding of the requirements and implications of projects
• Effective diary management and travel planning
• Project budgeting and expense tracking
• Experience in the full project cycle is a must (tendering, pre- and post-proposal development)
• Maintain web-based project tracking toll (teamwork projects)
• Maintain project Share Point site as a project artefact repository.
• Maintain project Wikipedia, based within the project Share Point site.
• Relevant project cost trackers to be maintained with timesheet information and invoice details to track the performance of each project.
• Setup new project templates, project codes and information, including ensuring that contract are signed.
• Organise and maintain standard Project Management documentation.
