Sales Manager
Are you a strategic deal-closer who thrives in building partnerships that move the needle? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead outbound growth through smart relationship-building across digital channels.
You’ll be driving affiliate and partner outreach across a range of channels – from bloggers and influencers to retail and media outlets – with the goal of generating meaningful revenue and visibility. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll take the lead from prospecting through to closing, while collaborating with leadership during later stages of high-value conversations.
Identify, engage, and secure affiliate and strategic partnerships with bloggers, influencers, retail partners, and media platforms
Take charge of end-to-end outreach – building lead lists, launching email/social campaigns, managing responses, and nurturing relationships
Negotiate terms and close high-value affiliate and brand partnership deals
Implement and maintain CRM systems and outbound automation tools to streamline operations and track progress
Test, iterate, and improve outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback
Report regularly on outreach performance, lead quality, and conversion rates, offering insights for continuous improvement
Collaborate directly with leadership (especially in later-stage conversations or strategic negotiations)
5-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or affiliate marketing, ideally with a digital-first or e-commerce brand
Proven track record of generating leads and closing partnership deals
Comfortable managing your own pipeline, setting up efficient workflows, and working autonomously
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive) and outbound automation tools
A mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution – you know when to zoom out and when to roll up your sleeves
Excellent written and verbal communication in English – clear, concise, and compelling
A proactive and resourceful mindset – you find ways to get things done, even with limited input or structure
