SAP HCM Specialist & CRM CoE

As their SAP HCM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing various aspects of HR, financial, and service management within the SAP environment.

Requirements:

• BCom / BSc Degree in Computer Science
• SAP HCM certification

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing HR processes, including skills development and competency plans.
• Allocating costs within the SAP environment.
• Ensuring service delivery in line with SLAs and ITIL best practices.
• Reporting and engaging with stakeholders regularly.
• Leading and improving SAP processes and system functionality.
• Bridging the gap between Information Management and stakeholders.
• Monitoring and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing end-to-end project management.
• Driving continuous process improvement.
• Coordinating day-to-day operations and documentation.
• Leading forums for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Introducing relevant new technologies.
• Maintaining custodianship of SAP Process blueprints.
• Managing resource capacity, priorities, and related aspects
