About Us: We operate as a technology service unit, focusing on digitally enabled services as a group Center of Excellence (COE). Our mandate includes driving business transformation, providing digital and data architecture solutions, operating various technology platforms and shared services, ensuring Cyber and Information Security resilience, and overseeing technology governance and risk management.
Responsibilities:
Receive, assess, and allocate JIRA requests
Facilitate regular client meetings for alignment, prioritization, and escalation activities
Manage resource allocation in response to backlog and incoming requests
Ensure adherence to Release, Incident, and Change Management procedures
Maintain audit compliance in change management processes
Align with governance, procedures, and standards
Troubleshoot technical issues and advise on enhancements to integration patterns
Support functional resources with change requests and issue resolution
Assist in landscape maintenance and provide support during application upgrades
Undertake development requests
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Knowledge:
Working functional knowledge of SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors, Master Data Governance, SAP Data Services, and/or S/4HANA Finance
Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, Web Services, API’s, and other integration patterns
Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform and services
Knowledge of SAP HCM and Success Factors advantageous
Knowledge of DevOps using SAP Solutions advantageous
Familiarity with HTML advantageous
Ability to interpret and interrogate written requirements
Strong prioritization skills based on operational needs
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience:
At least 5 years in SAP Development using required tools and coding languages
Minimum 3 years of experience in S/4HANA and Business Technology Platform
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC
