Key Skills: Time Management

Mandatory Requirements:

• Expertise in S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SuccessFactors Time Management
• Strong experience with SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions, including:
  • Employee Central
  • Time Off
  • Time Tracking
  • Time Sheet
  • Talent Modules
• SAP HCM on-premise knowledge (preferred)
• SuccessFactors Time Management certification
• 5+ end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
• Solid understanding of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• EC Payroll experience
• SuccessFactors integration knowledge

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions as part of a multi-cultural team
• Work independently on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Support key Employee Central Time functions such as:
  • Positive and negative time tracking
  • Absence management
  • Forecasting and schedules
  • Labour activities
• Provide best practice guidance to customers, both on-site and offshore
• Lead and conduct requirement-gathering workshops and training
• Guide customer stakeholders through their digital transformation journey
• Conduct feasibility studies and solution reviews

• Seniority Level: K5
• Start Date: ASAP
• Workload: Initially full-time, with the potential to reduce to 50% later (additional work available for multi-skilled candidates)
