Contract Product Operations Manager – 22 Week Fixed-Term Contract

We’re working with one of the leading names in digital finance to find a Contract Product Operations Manager for a fixed-term contract (22 weeks), starting at the beginning of August.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running and delivering key operational projects from start to finish – think process improvements, user guide creation, and implementation support.

• Driving customer research efforts: coordinating interviews, consolidating insights, and helping product teams shape user-centric features.

• Supporting internal community building by helping plan and execute product team events.

• Partnering with product managers and stakeholders to streamline workflows and introduce better tools and documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or consulting.

• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Comfort working independently and proactively across multiple deliverables.

• A strong analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach to solving problems.

• Experience with process documentation and/or facilitation of training or knowledge-sharing sessions.
