Role Overview

They’re looking for a Senior Web Analytics Lead to own and optimise our website performance data. You’ll analyse user behaviour, improve conversion rates, and guide measurement strategies using tools like Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, and Snowflake.

Collaborating with e-commerce, product, and tech teams, you’ll ensure data accuracy, build insightful dashboards, and support A/B testing to enhance the digital experience.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in web analytics, ideally in e-commerce or digital products
• Expert knowledge of GA4 and advanced SQL skills
• Ability to interpret complex, messy data and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset

Additional

• Experience with site migrations and campaign tracking
• Familiarity with session replay tools (e.g., Fullstory) and tag management
• Skills in BI tools like Tableau or Looker Studio
• Understanding of A/B testing and digital marketing analytics
• Knowledge of Python, dbt, or Snowflake
