Scrum Master Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Scrum Master to facilitate Agile workflows within software development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings strong leadership, analytical thinking, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams adhere to Scrum principles and practices
• Manage operational tasks, track progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
• Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritisation to meet customer expectations
• Oversee delivery of change initiatives through Scrum and Kanban processes
• Promote collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project development and Scrum environments
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in software development
• Familiarity with task management tools for Scrum and Kanban boards
• Proven track record of successful project delivery through stakeholder engagement
