We’re looking for a highly driven, organised, and analytical individual who can guide software development teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, while fostering collaboration and removing obstacles along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and facilitate Agile practices within one or more development teams

• Coach teams on Agile principles to optimise performance and delivery

• Support Product Owners in achieving business goals and customer satisfaction

• Manage operational activities, risks, and project timelines

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, decision-making processes, and stakeholder updates

• Track progress and measure performance using the right tools and techniques

• Remove blockers to keep projects moving forward

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and identify new opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• 5+ years’ experience in a Scrum Master and project management role within a software development environment

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC

• Skilled in using Scrum/Kanban task management tools

• Proven track record of delivering successful projects through collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
