Postilion SDK Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Postilion SDK Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting custom solutions using the Postilion SDK to enhance our electronic payment processing capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge payment technologies in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom applications and interfaces using the Postilion Realtime SDK.
• Design and implement Sync Interfaces and Node Integration Drivers for seamless system communication.
• Access and manage data within the Postilion Realtime database for transaction monitoring and reporting.
• Build and support transaction switching, card management, and device integration solutions (ATM, POS, etc.).
• Integrate Postilion with third-party systems such as fraud detection, accounting, and reconciliation platforms.
• Customize and extend Postilion functionality to meet business and operational requirements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Postilion-related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and business analysts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with ACI Postilion SDK and Realtime system development.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of ISO8583 messaging and payment transaction flows.
• Experience with HSMs, cryptographic protocols, and secure payment environments.
• Familiarity with card issuing/acquiring systems and network integration.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Postcard or other card management modules.
• Exposure to cloud-native or containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance and payment security standards.
• Background in banking, fintech, or payment processing industries.

Contract Details:

• Initial Term: 6 months
• Conversion: Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance
• Start Date: ASAP
