What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivery:
* Applying your expertise to build top-tier mobile applications for prominent organizations in South Africa.
* Identifying strategies to improve product quality through containerization and continuous integration, promoting an efficient DevOps culture.
* Contributing across multiple phases of the SDLC, including system design, analysis, scoping, and estimation.
* Investigating cutting-edge technologies and incorporating them into projects to push the boundaries of innovation.

* Advocating for change within the team and nurturing a collaborative atmosphere.
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and promote ongoing improvement.

* Building strong relationships and deeply understanding customer needs to deliver impactful solutions.

What We Need from You:
* A bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 6 years of experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
* Strong foundation in software engineering principles, with a commitment to clean code and best practices.
* Expertise in a variety of technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new frameworks.
* Capability to design and structure small projects within an enterprise context.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with an average of 2-3 office days per week.
* Strong ability to engage directly with customers.
* Adaptability to work across diverse environments and tooling.
