What you’ll do

* Lead the creation and rollout of a world-class service catalogue for air and sea freight
* Build frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency across digital solutions used worldwide
* Translate business needs into clear features and ensure they land in customer-facing platforms
* Act as the central voice connecting commercial teams, operations, global stakeholders and IT
* Keep everything documented, structured and accessible so teams can move at speed
* Collect, prioritise and champion requirements through to delivery

What you’ll bring

* A degree in business, product, engineering or related field
* Strong experience in product lifecycle management and logistics
* Proven ability to influence and align diverse, global stakeholders
* Agile mindset with hands-on skills in Jira, Confluence and similar tools
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Confident with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Working style

Hybrid role based in Gauteng with occasional travel for global collaboration.
