Senior UX Designer

Our client is a leading financial services company in Cape Town, specialising in wealth management solutions. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative products to their clients.

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and lead the design strategy for our digital products. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the product design capability within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, for our digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create user-centered designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
