System Solutions Specialist

As a System Solution Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving enterprise and digital transformation projects leveraging cloud technology and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Your primary duties will revolve around supporting and enhancing custom-designed web-based systems, encompassing troubleshooting, monitoring, status reporting, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions, web solutions, and workflows.
• Quickly address issues in the day-to-day management of robotic processes.
• Contribute to the design and development of enterprise-wide web-based applications, including ongoing maintenance and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and uphold corporate standards.

Qualification:

• National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Computer Science.
• Possession of any RPA or BPA certification would be advantageous.

Experience and Requirements:

• A minimum of 18 month’s relevant experience.
• Proficiency in various software environments, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Platform, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, ASP Development, Microsoft SQL Queries, GIT, C#/Java, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Practical experience in business analysis, database design, administration, system integration, and the full system development life cycle.
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Commercial, Finance, PAS/MES, BI, or business systems development and support.
• Exposure to Agile System Development and Project Management methodologies.
