Account Director

My client is a compelling media agency specialising in the technology and education sectors. The team uses media, design, data, and storytelling to influence highly relevant audiences. The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Account Director to deliver outstanding client service and drive account growth with our client in the education sector. You will collaborate with in-house teams, coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, and build strong client relationships.

You could be a Senior Account Manager looking for the next step or an Account Director looking to work on more strategic partnerships.

· Manage 2-5 key accounts with a $5m annual media spend.

· Drive revenue growth through existing accounts and new partnerships.

· Deliver exceptional client management and customer service.

· Lead major campaigns both domestically and internationally.

· Collaborate on strategic pitches with senior leadership.

· Mentor and lead a team to address campaign challenges.

Working arrangement:

5 days per week initially, after 3-6 months there will be hybrid flexibility where you can WFH 2 days/wk. Our core office hours are 8am – 4:30pm.

This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Having strength in both media planning and client presentation and communication skills will see you deliver outstanding results.
