Content Designer
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite required)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to join our newly formed project team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, design leads, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver user-centered content solutions for a brand-new Employee Resource Center.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Content Designer, you will leverage evidence-based research to create content that guides users in self-resolving IT issues and answering queries.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Writing and editing help content for both web and mobile app channels.
· Testing user-centric conversational flows.
· Collaborating with Service Designers and SMEs to create compelling and effective user interactions.
· Contributing to interface language, iterating on copy, and participating in user research sessions.
· Developing content that enables users to successfully self-serve.
· Using user research to evaluate the effectiveness of in-platform language and finding ways to improve feature adoption and reduce support inquiries.
Experience Required
· A minimum of 2 years in a Content Design or UX Writing role.
· Strong experience in conducting content research, designing, and testing content experiences.
· Experience working in an agile environment with a test-and-learn methodology.
· Ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice throughout user journeys.
