Content Writer

Global FinTech with an outstanding culture!

This is a great opportunity for a data driven Content Writer to join a very well known, growing FinTech on a 12 month contract.

If you have experience of working in the financial services, accounting or FinTech space, it will be a huge tick!

• Review and localise global / core articles in line with overall business objectives and
• compliance of the different markets
• Create overall content strategy that is in line with overall business goals
• Collaborate with CS areas and the Product and Design teams to improve user experience
• Identify and apply best practices within and across teams
• Identify new resources and solutions that deliver awesome self help experiences and empower
• customers to self serve
• Create solutions that will allow the team’s processes to scale
• Build strong relationships with internal partners across a cross-functional team
• Experience developing and communicating outcomes and results with actionable
• recommendations
• Experience in digital video content production, editorial/publishing, or creator/influencer talent a plus
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services or Accounting will be very highly regarded
• Experience working within Jira and WordPress is essential to be successful in this role
