About the Role:
With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline we are looking to engage a mid or senior research-focused CX Designer, on an initial 12 month day rate contract.
You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to building out world class digital products and experiences that have a positive impact on student’s lives.
The CX Researcher is a multifaceted role responsible for supporting the entire user experience development lifecycle of a product, service, or procedure. You’ll be an experienced researcher with a focus on the relationships and interactions between customers and business. The role will focus not only on the student academic experience, but also other aspects of university life.
