We’re really excited to be collaborating with this indie brand & design agency in their search for their Design Director in Melbourne.
The team are looking for a Design Director with packaging experience to spearhead all things design delivering amazing craft work across different clients that can range across FMCG, Luxury, NFP & Retail.
This is an amazing opportunity for those Senior Designers and Design Leads who are ready to step up into a Director role, make their mark and be part of something special as the agency continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process (Packaging bias)
- Brand strategy and positioning: collaborate with clients to understand business goals, target audience, and market positioning.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that effectively communicate unique value propositions for the customer.
- Creative concept development: Generate innovative and compelling design concepts that align with the brand strategy and resonate with the target audience.
- Visual design and execution: Oversee the creation of visual assets. Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
- Creative collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for the customer, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
