This internationally recognised brand are well known for customer care and has been servicing APAC customers for over 100 years.
They are about to embark on a major overhaul of their web content to better align the information, focussing on a better user experience and journey.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Writer who is skilled at translating complex information and transforming it into plain English-including removal of unnecessary jargon and content.
A thorough and user-centred content strategy has been developed to ensure consistency of content creation during this overhaul.
Essential skills & experience:
- Digital content writing experience gained ideally within a corporate environment
- Be skilled in translating complex information and rewriting it into plain English to enhance the user experience
- Be able to write and design content for the web-based on a predefined content strategy
- Have an understanding of UX writing
- Be able to confidently navigate search engines and websites to perform desktop research
Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Knowledge of HTML
- Understanding of SEO
- Ability to use a content management system
- Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile environment
