The Company:
A large financial services organisation with a mature design department based in Melbourne’s CBD, are looking for a Senior Product Designer for a 6 month day rate contract, likely to extend to 12 months.
You’ll join a close-knit design community with regular opportunities to collaborate, including design jams & workshops.
This supportive team value innovation, customer research and inclusive, accessible design. The role will be mostly remote, with 2 days a week in the office.
Details:
Senior/Lead level role focusing on research discovery, concepts, journey mapping and prototyping. You’ll work alongside 1 other Product Designer, banking experience preferred.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Senior-Lead level UX experience
- UX Research experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good sense of initiative
- Self-starter
- Able to work autonomously
- Can work through complex problems
- Collaborative team player
