The Role:
The pandemic exposed the long overdue need for significant change and improvement of services, for Australia’s ageing citizens and their families.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with government change agents in order to drive and design this much-needed overhaul.
You’ll also have exposure to other significant projects across Mental Health & Education.
Responsibilities:
- Co-design and ideate with clients to bring concepts and products to life
- Educate and coach design thinking practices, while managing the delivery of client engagements
- Synthesise research findings and utilise data sets to communicate meaningful user insights to key decision makers
- Deliver innovative, service design centred solutions
Your Skills & Experience:
- Diverse experience of strategic, service and user centred design in government or private sector
- Experience in applying systems thinking to solve complex problems
- Experience in using prototypes to communicate complex concepts
- Demonstrated success using data and research as an evidence base for design
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and small teams
