Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define goals, user needs, and design objectives.

· Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.

· Develop high-fidelity UI designs that are visually compelling and align with brand guidelines.

· Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and usability best practices.

· Continuously refine designs based on feedback, testing, and data-driven insights.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

· Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and innovations in UX/UI design.

· Advocate for design thinking and user-centered principles across the organization.

· Contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

About You:

· A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse UI/UX projects and design capabilities.

· Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools.

· Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices.

· Experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability testing.

· Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.

· Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
